Claire it was the greatest pleasure to work with you for almost 11years and be your keyworker for most of it and plan holidays and day trips with you which we had so much fun together with other staff. I will treasure those memories forever. You have taught me so much over the years been my inspiration to life your strong minded will and heart your beautiful soul n smile and eyes spoke a thousand words that anyone who knew you got their heart touched by you. You were always so strong to the very end so I hope this flame burns for all the memories we had and let your free will spirit live forever in everyone's heart.
